How to clean the milk maker?
The milk maker is not dishwasher safe, but it is simple and easy to clean. After use, immediately rinse the stainless steel parts under warm water and wipe dry. Over time you may notice a bit of a buildup on the filter screen after repeated uses, or if you do not clean right away the pulp will tend to ‘cake’ onto the screen. In this case you will use the clean mode, fill the base up to the maximum line with a few tablespoons of vinegar, attach the milk maker with filter basket on, and run it through a clean cycle. Now it will be much easier to clean up for your next use. The inside of the unit base can also be cleaned with soapy water and a sponge. Wipe the outside non stainless steel parts of the milk maker with a soft, dry cloth.
